Hello. My name is AC. I am a physical therapist who has been practicing in outpatient orthopedics with a heavy emphasis in manual therapy since 2009. I have a doctorate in physical therapy and masters in counseling psychology (great combo BTW). In 2015, I became an orthopedic certified specialist by the American Physical Therapy Association. Basically, I know my way around the musculoskeletal system and its many types of injuries.
I also noticed that a good portion of treating patients is educating them on the physiology of their condition and what they can do to recover. This site is designed to educate you, the reader, on what could be going on with your body, what you can do, and when to see a medical professional.
